Can you hear it? The gentle sea breeze blowing in through the window, the first light of day, and the delicate scent of warm croissants filling the air. It’s breakfast time, and with our new extended opening hours, you can enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast without the regret of having to get out of bed too early.
Our breakfast service offers more than just delicious homemade cakes and croissants. You can also enjoy tarts, plum cakes, honey, Nutella, jams, butter, fresh bread, biscuits, fresh fruit, juices, milk, and yogurt for a typically Italian sweet breakfast. For continental breakfast lovers, we also offer scrambled eggs and bacon, freshly prepared by our kitchen staff, as well as sausages, cold cuts, cheeses, and savory croissants.
All warm drinks are freshly prepared, using excellent coffee beans, the basis for great coffee. Hot chocolate, tea, and vegan milk are also available.

Rooms are available for check-in from 2:00 pm.
Need an early check-in? No problem! Complete the online check-in form that we’ll send you before your stay, and indicate your expected arrival time in the notes. We’ll do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible, reducing waiting times.
If you check-in online, you can arrive at the facility at your desired time. Free parking and luggage storage are available. Just leave us your bags and go straight to the beach!

Our territory is on a human scale, nestled between the Adige and the Po rivers. The evocative natural landscapes, golden beaches, sandbars, and lagoons are spontaneous elements that make this land a treasure trove of nature and rural culture of rare beauty. Rosolina Mare, inserted in the Veneto Regional Park of the Po Delta, is known by tourists as the ideal location for holidays in contact with nature. A dense network of paths between heaven and earth connects land and sea, valley, and lagoon. This place, forged by nature, welcomes a thick and fragrant pine forest rich in biodiversity and populated by various species of native birds and plants. Suitable for all ages, it combines outdoor sports with excursions and guided tours. Discover the oasis of Porto Caleri or the coastal botanical garden certified by MAB UNESCO.

Botanical Garden Of The Veneto Coast
The Botanical Garden, located in the southern part of the Rosolina Mare coast, covers an area of about 44 hectares and has been declared a MAB UNESCO site. Its aim is to preserve a unique natural environment of considerable scientific interest. Visitors can explore the garden via three different paths, each with a different length and environment covered: a short path that mainly focuses on the pine forest, an intermediate one that covers all environments except the brackish water wetland, and a longer path that includes the latter. For those who enjoy being on the water, a boat trip through the Caleri Lagoon is recommended. The flat-bottomed boat navigates through the northernmost area of the park, where the wetland of Caleri is home to numerous species of birds, such as woodcocks, terns, purple and gray herons, curlews, and other waders. The lagoon is also an economic resource, with water gardens for the cultivation of mollusks and cavane, which are shelters for fishermen’s boats.

The Caleri Lagoon
For those who enjoy being on the water, a boat trip through the Caleri Lagoon is recommended. Cycling Tourism
The “Road of the Valleys” in Rosolina is one of the most beautiful cycling tours in the Po Delta area, with long stretches where you can cycle in the middle of very large stretches of water.
It’s pure joy for bike rides. The birds are the protagonists of these lagoon environments, with the wind, the intense or muffled colors of the water and yellow algae, and the clear or muffled lights by the mists or threatening by thunderstorm clouds. The road crosses the whole territory, partly lagoon and marshy and partly large agricultural countryside, between the last stretch of the Adige river and the Po di Levante.
